First, I have to tell you all to check out Arijana K.'s wonderful review of Salvation on Goodreads. Stellar. Very well-written, thoughtful, and she totally "got" Salva & Beth.
Then check out Candace's great review of Salvation for Novels, News, and Notes from your Northwest Neighbors.
Next come join Salva, Beth, and I for an interview and a giveaway at Tabitha's Book Blog. This one was fun!
Here's a taster question:
What is one thing that readers would be surprised to find out about you?
I have a complete and total inability to drive a stick shift. Due in large part to personal experience with vehicles that run about as well as the duct-taped pickup in Salvation.
Finally, drop by amaterasu Reads for a swag giveaway & another interview. (This was scheduled for yesterday, but Kai is in a slightly different time zone over in the Philippines). I have to say how much I appreciate all the international readers and bloggers that have expressed an interest in Salvation. Salva, Beth, and I genuinely appreciate your support!
Taster question:
In Salvation, which character is the most challenging one to write?
Salva has a very well-behaved
façade. But he is stubborn. He is
definitely the most difficult, as your viewers can read about here. Beth actually has a very helpful
personality. Things tend to fall apart when she’s around, but that makes for
great action in a novel. She does have a tendency to use too many adverbs.
That should give you all plenty of reading for the weekend.
